The Hub Celebrates a Winter of Team and Client Growth

Having had a very busy year, we are pleased to share our team growth and some of our fantastic new client wins, ranging from luxury women’s fashion brands to online food products stores, all appointed to us to help increase their revenue through Facebook Advertising.

We’ve bolstered our current portfolio of international clients, with the addition of six new businesses: The Honey Blossom, Bad Mofo Dogs, Germpod, Japhethchiara, Mortgage Friends & Pom Lampson.

So let’s have a look at a few of them; Jakss a luxury children’s clothing company, first contacted us to help with driving sales. Despite having a high-quality product, selling at great value they were struggling to see any Return on Investment (ROI). With their primary goal to increase sales, we began by utilising their customer base and Pixel data whilst feeding it with high-quality traffic, we then took their best selling products and targeted Lookalike Audiences with striking Facebook Ads. Last month we saw 10x ROI.

Most recently, we were appointed to retarget the already loyal customer base and develop solid Facebook Pixel data, for luxury women’s fashion brand, Pom Lampson. In two weeks we have already secured 8x (ROI) and developed a very successful Black Friday sale ad that encouraged a large volume of brand new buyers to her site.

To follow on from this success, we are delighted to now be working with Singapore and Australian based brand, Japhethchiara. We’ll be supporting this brand new, innovative baby products business, by increasing their brand awareness, growing their customer base, and developing quality Pixel data through specific targeting. We’re impressed with the 2x Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) achieved and pleased to see that their Australian market is now growing month on month.

And finally, food e-commerce brand, The Honey Blossom, appointed us to analyse their current ad account and implement stand out copy, creatives, and target audiences in order to increase their Average Order Value (AOV); to help gain recognition for them as the first choice for online honey-based products.

Whilst continues to expand, none of this could be possible without the amazing team we have here, so we want to celebrate our latest addition to our team, Tom Kieran, our new Accounts Manager.

Tom joined to assist our Head of Operations Joe Hides with all new and existing client ad strategy, content creation, and relationship management. He has so far worked with: Jess Collett, Rutland Garden Furniture, Germpod, and Bad Mofo Dogs to name a small few.

When asked, “what made you want to work with” Tom said, “The brand recognition that has within the Digital Marketing space was second to none, I was keen to work for a company that was forward-thinking, innovative and possessed huge ambition for growth and success to align with my own goals.”

Tom then went on to say “Having worked at for a little under 3 months, I can safely say that it has been one of the best decisions I've made to-date! I've learned so much along the way so far and continue to learn and grow each day. Joe has been an incredible mentor and I’m excited to see what my future holds for me within”

Jordan Platten, Managing Director at said: “Our number one priority at the Affluent Agency is to go above and beyond to deliver consistent results and huge ROI for our ever-growing network of clients, all while maintaining strong relationships with them by working as an extension to their team.

We’re passionate about helping businesses grow and achieve their goals so we’re proud to be able to add these clients to our roster. This incredible end to a crazy year is a fantastic achievement for the team and highlights our dedication to achieving real, meaningful results.

The diverse nature of these brands reflects the variety of strengths that we offer as an agency and I can’t wait to see how our expertise helps these businesses flourish. Now let's see what 2021 brings us!”
