When we started working with Hiddin they had built one of the rare premium pet brands in America. Clear acrylic pet gates and playpens priced anywhere from $300 to over $1,000, almost no real competitors at that price point, and a founder with a 20+ year interior design background that nobody knew about.
They were spending around $35K a month on ads with roughly 90% going to Google branded search, a broken Meta pixel, no KPIs in place and almost no attribution. The real problem was positioning. The ads were treating Hiddin like a pet accessory brand - product shots, pet-owner UGC, function-led messaging. But the actual customer was not a dog owner looking for a gate. She was an affluent homeowner over 40 who shops for home furnishings the way other people shop for fashion.By selling Hiddin as a pet product the brand was competing against $40 wire gates on Amazon, instead of $500 designer furniture in someone's living room. Top of funnel was starving, Meta was under resourced with ad creative. We repositioned the brand from pet accessory to luxury home furnishing. We rebuilt the creative engine around the founder's interior design background, layered in ASMR product video, lifestyle staging inside real interiors and authority-driven founder content.We fixed the Meta pixel, rebalanced the budget split away from branded search and into Meta to feed new demand, set up Klaviyo for retention and Triple Whale for proper attribution, and ran a structured BOGO offer that completely changed the unit economics of the account.Within weeks the account flipped. AOV jumped from around $300 into the $450-$500 range with some new bundling offers we started testing, growing revenue 30%+ in a single month. ROAS held strong 5.2X as we scaled spend. By February 2026 the brand was at $188K in monthly revenue and by March 2026 it had crossed $515K YTD - a 39% lift over the prior year, tracking to finish 43% ahead YoY.Returning customer rate held at 29-30% while AOV stayed up 23-31% year-over-year.
